Update:FCKEditor for wordpress(v2.1)

dean’s fckeditor for wordpress has been upgraded to version 2.1.

the new version fixed the problem that FCKEditor doesn’t load sometimes in editing mode.this can be occured due to the javascript conflict with some other plugins. thanks to Milan Tucek and Ataliano for the bug report.

URL Rewriting for WordPress under IIS has been rebuild

because not all of the servers have VC 2005 runtime libraries, so I rebuild this plugin with /MT switch(multithread, static CRT) instead of /MD .
